He added that the youth delegation participating in the convoy would help Gaza fishermen and farmers in their daily works, in order to get acquainted with their suffering due to the severe Israeli siege imposed on Gaza for the fifth consecutive year.
Dr. Mustafa noted that the participants would also visit the headquarters of The Palestinian Legislative Council , and of the Prime Minister in Gaza, in addition to visiting the destroyed homes as result of the Israeli attacks.
He also explained that the youth delegation of “ Miles of smiles 11” would visit the charitable associations and institutions with the aim of having an overview of their achievements and projects, beside visiting some hospitals and medical centers.
Dr Mustafa emphasized the importance of these solidarity convoys to Gaza, while stressing the necessity of continuing to send more convoys until ending the oppressive and illegal blockade of Gaza.
He concluded by calling the international community through its states, institutions, and individuals to exert efforts to break this siege, and not to hesitate in fulfilling this noble and humanitarian goal, no matter of pressures practiced to dissuade them from this duty.
