An Indonesian medical delegation arrived Gaza Strip on Tuesday through Rafah crossing carrying relief and medical equipment as gifts to some hospitals of the coastal enclave.
The delegation included 12 physicians of different specializations and was welcomed by a number of officials in the Ministry of Health in caretaker government of Gaza, accompanied by the director of the Public Authority of borders and crossings, Ghazi Hamad.
The delegation is expected to stay in Gaza for few days to look at the health situation inside the hospitals and carry out some advanced surgeries.
The Gaza Strip is witnessing the visits of many delegations coming from different countries, while the issue of the blockade had urged an unprecedented movement of Gaza-bound convoys by land and sea, specially aftermath the Freedom Flotilla massacre perpetrated by Israeli navy on 31st of last May.
