The coalition of Sheikh Yassin on Saturday evening staged a massive rally outside the Egyptian embassy in Paris to demand Egypt to ease the siege on the Gaza Strip and stop building its iron wall.
The embassy, for its part, closed its doors and Egyptian officials refused to listen to the demands of the protesters.
The protesters chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance and calling for lifting the unjust blockade on Gaza.
Hamas lawmaker Mushir Al-Masri participated in the protest over the phone and his words was translated in French, the thing which motivated the rally.
Participating French activist Nelli La Buchi denounced her country for being silent towards what she called the holocaust committed against Gaza people and not pressuring the besieging parities to open the crossings and supply Gaza with its needs.
La Buchi also used loudspeakers to demand the Egyptian government to stop building its iron wall along its borders with Gaza and open the Rafah border crossing.
She emphasized that the Gaza siege and the closure of crossings are crimes against humanity and violate international law, pointing that Egypt is accomplice in these crimes.
